CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation of an order by purchaser, the customer will be responsible for costs incurred (Shipping Cost). Cancellation of an order will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

Returns
Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If you have any questions or tracking inquiries please send them to: returns@australiansaddles.com
Please allow 7 business days to process your return.Retuns will be charged a 15% return fee.
Customer is liable for return shipping of all products. Plus Insurance fees associated with shipping cost.

Exchanges
There are no charges to return a saddle for an exchange. Except customer will be recharged $30.00 for shipping.
Each exchange must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us. Once the item has been received at the warehouse the exchange item will be sent out. Do Not send items to the address on the box without a RA#. Special instructions for returning the package will be emailed to you with the RA#. All Exchange Requests may be sent to: exchanges@australiansaddles.com


Tracking Information
All tracking numbers will be emailed when the item(s) ship from the warehouse. Some of our items may take up to 1 week for shipment. If you have any questions or tracking inquiries please send them to: tracking@australiansaddles.com


REFUNDS
Item must be recieved within 30 days from time customer recieves product. Item must be in same condition as when sent from us less 15% restocking fee on all products.

Custom Made products are not returnable
